My sister and I got in from a long driving trip late at night and the front desk person Taryn was super nice, smiley, upbeat, and helped us get checked in with such a positive attitude, it really changed our day around. Breakfast was good in the morning and all of the staff was super nice.

Good hotel for west texas. The coffee machine didnt work and the breakfast maid didnt care. Exercise equipment hasnt been cleaned in a while. The whole room was dirty and treadmills kept throwing errors. The sleeping rooms were nice and maintained. Great pillows. Great location.

Ive stayed here several times a month for over a year now and have recently noticed that things have started to decline. In general this hotel costs a premium compared to other nearby hotels and I didn't mind paying it because I felt that as a guest you were treated above and beyond. Things like ice water in the lobby 24-7, fresh cookies offered upon check-in, and rooms that were cool upon arrival were all things I really appreciated and became accustomed to. Over the last 90 days and 7 stays I can say that ice water and cookies are no more and this last visit my room was 90+ degrees when I checked in and took over a hour to cool off. In the future I will definitely consider saving the $20+ a night and perhaps check out the other options.

Halls and rooms need renovation. It is clean but you can see the wear and tear. Very disappointed in the pool area. There was a LOT of bird droppings everywhere. Even on the steps into the pool. Tiles were missing on the hot tub. The whole area needs power washed and the pool and hot tub need cleaned. A pergola or a sail could help with the bird situation.

This is the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Filthy! Horrible stains on the hallway carpet, extremely dirty room (shoe prints and foot prints on the bathroom floor, drink rings and dried spills on nightstands, stains covering nearly the entire chair). Cracked/missing grout in shower, settling tile bathroom floor (uneven). And to top it all off, there was a sign posted in the elevator saying that there would be no housekeeping staff on duty for the next two days due to holiday. WORST. HOTEL. EVER.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and professional, clean hotel and clean and spacious rooms. If I go back to Monahans I am not going to stay anywhere else.

Great place! The pillows are always the absolute best. That is really hard to come buy in a hotel which is why we always stay Holiday Inn hotels. Every location we have stayed has always been a pleasure.

Staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating Had to sleep in my truck though. No plug ins for phones without wall jack. Atleast I was able to shower
